Redbrick Academy is an Ofsted registered afterschool and holiday club that is passionate about providing a high quality childcare service. Redbrick Academy are offering a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated professional people to join their growing team.
If you are an experienced teacher, teaching assistant or student, who enjoys working with children, Redbrick Academy may be the place for you! Teaching children between the age range of 5-15 years old, you will have the opportunity to inspire young children, helping them to reach their potential, whilst making a valuable contribution to the local community.
We currently have vacancies for:
Quran/Arabic Teacher
You will need to be proficient in Tajweed rules coupled with a good understanding of the arabic language. You will have the ability of using a range of teaching methodologies to cater for young and older age groups. You will possess excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of teaching a class of children between the age of 5 and 15 years old is essential as is having a flexible approach to work.
Working hours: 10 to 15 hours per week, from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: Dependant upon experience.
Training and Qualifications for childcare setting will be provided.

Islamic Studies Teacher
Working to deliver the Ilm2Amal syllabus, you will use creative innovative ways to teach young children Islamic Studies. Experience of teaching children is essential as is a good understanding and knowledge of the subject. A flexible approach is required.
Working hours: 10 to 15 hours per week, from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: Dependant upon experience.
Training and Qualifications for childcare setting will be provided.

Volunteer Childcare Practitioners / Teaching Assistants
You will be a dynamic team player whose primary objective will be to support teaching and learning in a safe environment. You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of preparing classroom; children from one room to another; conducting observations; assist in the planning of activities, events and holidays. It is essential that you have experience with working with children between the age of 5 and 15 years old.
Working hours: 5 to 10 hours per week, from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday or Weekends
Salary: Dependant upon experience.
Training and Qualifications for childcare setting will be provided.
